An I.I.T Roorkee Alumnus (1986), Ar. Deepak Mehta's prolific 30 year career is synonymous with a futuristic architectural vision, sound technical knowledge, practical planning and effective time management. Having established his own architectural firm M/s Deepak Mehta and Associates in Delhi in 1987, he has managed to carve a niche for himself, rendering himself as a socially responsible, economically concerned and environmentally conscious architect. With a modest beginning in 1987, he has accomplished more than a hundred projects, including townships, commercial, institutional, and residential group housing projects. By dint of sheer hard work, he has managed to gain experience of designing and developing over 80,000 dwelling units all over the country. No wonder that he has been widelyregarded and accepted as a master of multistoried group housing projects. His effective time management skills and deliverance on time have fetched him many projects. In recognition of his pioneering sustainable work he has been felicitated and honored with numerous prestigious awards. These awards, and the satisfaction of the clients, indeed stand a testimony to his architectural brilliance, combining accountability with popularity.
